Mr Foster is a senior executive and has held several leadership and strategic business development roles in the energy, infrastructure, and financial markets industries. He was previously CEO of King Country Energy Limited and Independent Director and Interim CEO of NZX listed NZ Windfarms Limited. He formerly held senior investment banking, corporate finance and equity capital markets roles at Macquarie Bank and ABN AMRO NV. Mr Foster is currently the CEO of Integria Healthcare Australia Pty Ltd and was formerly the General Manager, Business Development for the Todd Corporation. He is Member of Risk Committee.
