Richard Thornton

Mr Thornton is experienced in accounting, taxation and finance through positions at Coopers & Lybrand, Citibank and Ernst & Young in Australia and overseas and has governance, risk management and finance experience. He has leadership, governance and risk management experience as a longstanding GWA senior executive, having served over 20 years with the business until his appointment as a Non-Executive Director. He is a Director of HGT Investments Pty Ltd and Great Western Corporation, a diversified Australian private group. He is member of the Risk Committee.
