Richard Poole

Mr Poole began his career in mergers and acquisitions before establishing a research and development operation with activities in Japan, the USA, and Australia, later expanding into manufacturing in China. He developed the company from its early stages to a publicly listed entity before his departure in 1999. Since then, he has remained involved in fund raising and company development and is a principal of Arthur Phillip Pty Limited, a corporate advisory firm providing investment services.
