Mr Fennell has more than 35 years of experience in finance, consulting, and banking. He spent part of his career in finance and consulting, primarily with PwC in Australia and Asia. He joined the Bank in 2007, initially serving as Chief General Manager, Group Strategy until 2009, before stepping into the role of Chief Financial Officer, which he held from 2009 to 2018. Richard led the Consumer Banking Division from 2018 to 2024.
