Regan Passlow

Mr Passlow has worked as an executive director for nearly 40 years for both national and multi-national companies. He has over 40 years' experience in senior management and governance roles in private organisations. He is the former co-founder of WebProfit.com.au. He is also the co-founder of retail lender EM Finance Corporation and a founding director of Teaminvest, Teaminvest Private and EM Commercial Finance. He has historically chaired the investment committee and has held directorships on five portfolio companies. He is chairman of the Risk and Compliance committee and member of the Strategy committee and Due Diligence committee.
