Ms Gatehouse has over 30 years of financial services experience across the asset finance, motor finance, retail banking, structured lending and BNPL sectors. Rachel's recent experience was in venture capital backed firms, including solar financing fintech Brighte, where as CFO and COO she oversaw finance, credit, operations, and debt funding. Rachel's governance experience includes Acting CEO of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and previous directorships at Landcare Australia and Capital Finance Australia Limited. She is Chair of Risk Management Committee.
