Piers O'Brien

Mr O'Brien has over 20 years of professional experience, including 12 years in-house as both General Manager Legal and General Counsel. Piers started his career in private practice with K&L Gates Lawyers, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and board advisory work. He is Chief Executive Officer of the Simonds Family Office. He is a member of the Risk Committee.
