Mr Hearse has more than 40 years' experience in projects around the world. His career has taken him from operational and technical roles at Broken Hill, Bougainville Copper, Queensland Nickel (QNI) and Gove Alumina to senior executive and managerial positions in engineering and operating companies. Phillip is owner and Managing Director of Battery Limits Pty Ltd, one of Australia's graphite metallurgy and process engineering firms that has assisted listed public companies develop bankable feasibility studies for graphite mines and concentrators and generated downstream processing intellectual property and end use market knowledge.
