Peter Wasow

Mr Wasow brings to the Board global experience in the energy and resources sectors as executive and director. He retired as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Alumina Limited in 2017 and previously held executive positions at Santos Limited and BHP. Peter was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Alcoa of Australia Limited, AWA Brazil Limitada, AWAC LLC, Alumina Limited, Oz Minerals Limited and the privately held GHD Group. Peter is Chair of the People Committee, and a member of the Finance Committee, Risk Management Committee.
