Peter Voigt

Mr Voigt has been continuously involved in the Clean TeQ group of companies for over 30 years. He founded the original Clean TeQ business, Clean Air TechniQ Pty Ltd, in 1989 as an environmental engineering firm. During the 2000s, he led the company's diversification into water treatment and resource recovery, including the licensing and development of continuous ion exchange and proprietary hydrometallurgical processes for metals extraction and purification. In 2018, Mr Voigt founded NematiQ Pty Ltd, a Clean TeQ subsidiary focused on the development and commercialisation of graphene-based membrane technologies. He led NematiQ until 2022, guiding the company through early-stage development and technology scale-up. Mr Voigt currently also leads Go2Lithium Pty Ltd, a Clean TeQ subsidiary advancing novel, sustainable technologies for lithium extraction and processing-supporting the transition to cleaner battery supply chains. He has held senior leadership roles including Executive Chairman, Managing Director, CEO, CTO, and Board Director.
