Mr Tsegas has over 20 years of experience in Africa, working with both private and government sectors on mining projects across several commodities, including uranium. He played a key role in acquiring Gladiator's uranium projects. He has consulted to various Tanzanian government ministries and mining companies, including Rio Tinto. Mr Peter founded and served as Managing Director of Tancoal Energy Ltd, taking the company from exploration to a joint venture with the Tanzanian Government and into production. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Mantra Tanzania Limited and was appointed to the Board on 7 August 2023.
