Mr Henley has a career in financial services and in particular consumer and commercial finance. Peter previously held senior management positions at AGC Limited and was the CEO of Nissan Finance Corp Ltd and of GE Money in Australia and in Southeast Asia. Since retiring from executive roles in October 2006, Peter has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Adtrans Group, MTA Insurance Ltd, Thorn Group Limited, and more recently Eagers Automotive Limited. he is Company's Representative on the Board of MotorCycle Finance Pty Ltd and also a Member of the Risk Committee.
