Peter Coleman

Mr Coleman is a global executive and corporate director with experience leading organisations. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Woodside Energy from 2011 to 2021, where he led corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities. Prior to joining Woodside, Mr Coleman held a number of senior international executive roles with ExxonMobil Corporation. Mr Coleman has experience across commercial strategy, corporate governance and corporate and asset level mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of NYSE-listed SLB Ltd (formerly Schlumberger) and previously served as Chairman of NYSE-listed Arcadium Lithium. Mr Coleman brings international leadership, governance and transaction experience. Former listed company directorships (last 3 years) include Allkem Ltd; October 2023 - December 2023; Arcadium Plc Ltd; Jan 2024 - April 2025.
