Pete Meyers

Mr Meyers was the Chief Financial Officer of Slayback Pharma LLC (a KKR portfolio company) until the sale of the company to Azurity Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in September 2023. Prior to joining Slayback, Mr Meyers served in Chief Financial Officer roles at Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Motif BioSciences Inc. and TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals Corporation. Prior to his role at TetraLogic, Mr Meyers spent 18 years in health care investment banking, holding positions at Dillon, Read & Co., Credit Suisse First Boston LLC and, recently, as Co-Head of Global Health Care Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. Mr Meyers is currently a Non-Executive Director of Yamo Pharmaceuticals LLC. Mr Meyers is also the Chairman and President of The Thomas M. Brennan Memorial Foundation, Inc., and the Vice Chairman of East End Hospice, Inc.He is a chair of the risk committee.
