Mr Gupta has over 40 years experience in the finance sector and was the co-founder and inaugural CEO of IPAC Securities, a firm providing financial advice and institutional portfolio management with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa. He has served as a Director of NAB, Link Market Services, Bank of NZ Life Insurance and Chairman of MLC Life and Wealth Management and State Super Financial Services. He has also served on a number of other boards and not for profit organisations. Peeyush is currently a director of Cancer Council NSW, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Dexus Funds Management Limited, Great Southern Bank, Northern Territory Aboriginal Investment Corporation, SBS and Quintessence Labs.
