Mr Wright spent 18 years leading several international technology companies in Australia. At Universal Biosensors (UBI), he developed partnerships with global diagnostics organisations and guided the company through a period of growth and new product development. Before UBI, he worked with Invetech and Vision BioSystems, subsidiaries engaged in design, development, and marketing of diagnostic instruments and consumables. He also spent over eight years working in Europe, North America, and Asia with Bain & Company, focusing on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and manufacturing improvement. At TNT Logistics, he contributed to building a contract logistics business in Asia, establishing joint ventures in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
