Mr O'Malley has executive leadership and operational experience. He served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of BlueScope Steel Ltd for 10 years, after joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of TXU Energy, a subsidiary of TXU Corp based in Dallas, Texas. Paul has a strong background in finance and accounting, having worked in investment banking and audit. Paul is a former Director of the Worldsteel Association, Chair of its Nominating Committee, and Trustee of the Melbourne Cricket Ground Trust. He held Directorship with Coles Group Limited (October 2020-October 2023). He is member of Risk & Compliance and People Committee.
