Mr Scallan brings expertise with over 25 years of management experience at the world renowned Greenbushes Mine, the largest lithium hard rock mine globally. He oversaw expansions, increasing annual output from 200,000 to 1,400,000 tonnes per annum, and holds specialized knowledge in hard rock mining and spodumene concentrating, along with strong community relationship management skills, evidenced by his tenure as a shire councillor for nearly 20 years and receiving the Order of Australia Medal for his contributions.
