He brings over 20 years of experience in sourcing, executing, and managing transactions across the United States, Europe, and Israel. Mr Granit currently serves on the board of Amaero International Ltd (ASX:3DA). Mr Granit is an investor in Amaero and Beonic, both listed on the ASX. Omer Granit is Partner at EnPar Capital in New York, where he is across both private and public markets. Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of MIXER and the Founder and CEO of West 4 Capital. He also served as CEO and Head of Investments at a London-based family office, managed alternative investments for a institutional investor, and began his career as an M&A attorney at the New York office of White & Case. Mr Granit brings expertise in M&A, capital markets, and governance, with a record in sourcing and executing transactions.
