Nicholas Nick Cernotta

Mr Cernotta has more than 45 years of experience in the mining industry, spanning various commodities including but not limited to Gold, Iron, Nickel, Zinc, Diamonds, Copper, Coal and Lithium, providing executive oversight and senior line management of operations and projects in Australia, Africa, South-East and Central Asia, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia and Papua New Guinea. Graduating with a Bachelor of Mining Engineering, Mr Cernotta held senior executive roles (CEO, COO and Director of Operations) accumulating extensive operational experience in both the public and private sectors of the mineral resources and mining services industry. Mr Cernotta has held non-executive Directorships across ASX 20 to ASX 300 Companies. He is a member of the PLS Audit and Risk Committee and a former member of the PLS Safety and Sustainability Committee bringing insight and best practice to our corporate governance, strategic planning and execution, across this Company and its asset portfolio.
