Mr Bassett specializes in corporate, financial and management advisory services. He has been involved with numerous public company listings and capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and maintains knowledge and exposure to the Australian financial markets. He has experience in matters pertaining to the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements, corporate taxation, and finance. He was a Director/Councillor of the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Western Australia for 26 years, serving 8 years as Chairman before his retirement in 2017. He served 6 years as Western Operations representative on the National Board of the Australian Council of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia.
