Mr Wilson is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur with corporate, startup, founder and public company experience. He is a practitioner in the digital and technology domain and has extensive experience in general management and CEO management across private and public company scenarios. He was CEO of the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) for three and a half years and was appointed the VRC Chairman in November 2020. He is currently Chairman of Nexon and CharterX, Chairman of Dubber Corporation Limited and is a Member of the Advisory boards for Clipboard, Alex Solutions and InfoCentric. He is also director at Dubber Corporation Limited in last three years.
