Neil Thompson

Mr. Thompson has over thirty years of financial, operational and strategic experience from a range of roles and industries with global reach, including freight and logistics, industrial products and software sectors. Until 30 June 2025, Mr. Thompson was the Chief Financial Officer at Education Horizons, a provider of education software, having joined the company in January 2024 to facilitate the sale of the business by Potentia Capital. He was previously Finance Operating Partner at Potentia Capital and prior to that Chief Financial Officer of Ascender HCM (a payroll software and services company). He is a director of the Australian World Orchestra. He is chair of risk committee and member of People and Culture Committee.
