Neil Thompson

Mr Thompson brings financial, operational and strategic experience across technology, software and services, with specific SaaS expertise. On 21 July 2026, Mr Thompson was appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer of Beamtree Holdings Limited (ASX: BMT), a global AI health technology company. He is also currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at City Chic Collective (ASX: CCX), where he Chairs the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, and a Director of the Australian World Orchestra. He also chair the risk committee.
