Ms. Dajani has over 20 years of legal practice experience as a dual qualified lawyer in the U.S. and England and as a licensed professional engineer. She serves as a lead lawyer in complex acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and project development transactions involving energy and infrastructure facilities in the United States and around the world. She is a Member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee and Health Safety & Sustainability Committee.
