Mr Lu has management experience in Chinese plant nutrition markets. He has considerable senior level industry experience, including with Cargill Fertilizer Inc. (USA) and its Cargill Tianjin China (US-Sino Joint Venture) operations. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
