Ms Phillips has been a partner in international law firms since 1992 and is principal of Harpur Phillips. Over many years, her clients have included listed public companies and private companies involved in property development, in addition to governance and risk management. She is a director of lifeline Australia and sits on its Governance and Services Committees.
