Dr Thurn is a biotechnology executive and non-executive director with more than 25 years experience spanning drug discovery, preclinical and clinical development, regulatory strategy, capital raising, licensing and company building. He is a former Senior Toxicologist with the Therapeutic Goods Administration and has experience advancing novel therapeutics through development and regulatory pathways. Dr Thurn is currently a Non-Executive Director of Arovella Therapeutics Limited and Erasca Australia Pty Ltd, and a Primary Reviewer with Bellberry Limiteds Human Research Ethics Committee. He was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Neurizon Therapeutics Limited from 2024 to 2026 and has previously held senior executive roles at Botanix Pharmaceuticals, Mimetica, Spinifex Pharmaceuticals, Cytopia Research and Xenome.
