Mr Sistenich is an experienced ASX public company executive and Non Executive Director with more than 25 years of global experience across healthcare, artificial intelligence, life sciences and institutional investing. He is currently Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enlitic, Inc. (ASX: ENL) (Enlitic), having previously served as its Non Executive Chairman. He has significant experience across medtech, healthcare AI and drug development. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Non Executive Director of Nohla Therapeutics, where he led the development and financing of a clinical stage cellular therapy platform. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Opthea Limited (ASX/Nasdaq: OPT), contributing to governance and oversight of late-stage clinical programs.
