Mr Shepherd has had a successful career in financial services for over more than 40 years. He was a director of ASX Limited and group, including a term as ViceChairman. He was also Chairman of the ASX Derivatives Board and Chairman of the ASX Market Rules Committee. He is currently Chairman of Navigator Global Investments Limited and a member of the Responsible Entity Compliance Committee of UBS Global Asset Management Limited. He is also a Senior Fellow and Life Member, Financial Services Institute of Australasia, after being a director of that body, including 2 years as National President. He is chairman of the Risk and Compliance Committee.
