Michael Jefferies

Mr Jefferies has 30 plus years of public company experience including that he was previously the Chairman of Touchcorp Limited and a non executive director of Afterpay Limited. Michael has experience in finance and investment including more than 20 years as an executive of Guinness Peat Group plc, an international investment group that listed on the stock exchanges in London, Australia and New Zealand. Michael has more than 40 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant. He is chair of risk committee.
