Michael Gayst

Mr Gayst has over 25 years of corporate finance and private equity experience. Michael worked with Coopers & Lybrand from 1989 to 1992. He joined boutique investment bank Baring Brothers Burrows in 1992 as an analyst and worked his way to Director level during his 11 years at the firm. From 2004 to 2017, Michael was a Director at Momentum Corporate, a boutique M&A and Private Equity business. Since leaving Momentum Corporate, Michael has been the Managing Director of M&M Gayst Consulting, which provides corporate finance consulting services to small and medium sized businesses.
