Michael Culhane

Mr Culhane founded Pepper Money in 2000. Michael held the position of CEO of the Pepper Global Group until the end of CY2023, at which time he stepped down from daily operational responsibilities, retaining key board positions for Pepper Global Group companies. Prior to founding Pepper Global Group, Michael served as the Executive Chairman of Future Mortgages (UK non-conforming residential mortgage lender) and the Chief Executive Officer of the London office of FBR, a United States-based investment bank (while at FBR, Michael worked for 10 years in equity capital markets).
