Mr Crichton brings more than 20 years of senior management and industry experience across the logistics and construction sectors, with a background in operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, workforce development and organisational management. Mr Crichton spent 12 years in senior management roles with TNT Express Worldwide and DHL Worldwide Express across South Australia and Western Australia, gaining experience within international organisations and operational environments. He subsequently worked with MPA Skills (Master Plumbers and Gasfitters Association WA) for approximately 10 years. Mr Crichton is also an elected Councillor with the City of Rockingham and serves on a local school board, bringing further experience in governance, strategic decision making and accountability.
