Michael Addison

Mr Addison has a history of involvement in the Australian and international mining industry. Mr Addison has also held previous positions on the Boards of two unlisted public resource companies (Scott Creek Coal Limited and Northam Iron Limited). Mr Addison has expertise in the management and running of listed companies and a working knowledge of the regulatory, legal and governance environments in which listed companies operate.
