Mr Stubbs is the founder and a managing director of Allier Capital, a boutique M&A advisory firm. Mr Stubbs has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and during his career worked on a range of both public and private transactions. He is Chair of Risk Committee and member of the Health, Safety & Sustainability Committee.
