Mr Roberts has over 20 years' experience in financial services in business structures, mergers, acquisitions and the development and growth of companies in Australia, Europe and the USA. He is a Responsible Manager to the Australian Stock Exchange and is a former member of the Australian Digital Commerce Association's (ADCA) Advisory Board. He is experienced in corporate advisory and capital raising in the mining, finance and service industries. He is on the board of financial services businesses as well as mining.
