Mathew O'Hara

Mr O'Hara has professional experience in capital markets, corporate financing, financial reporting and governance and has been employed by, and acted as Director, Company Secretary. Prior to these roles, he spent more than a decade working as an associate director at an international accounting firm in both the Corporate Finance/Advisory and Audit divisions and has experience with publicly listed clients across a range of industries, including mining and metals, oil and gas, technology and infrastructure. He had a particular focus in M&A, valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and financial reporting. He is a member of the Risk Committee.
