Mr Ward's career includes 10 years with Inchcape PLC, initially with their liquor division in the Middle East and Asia Pacific as Managing Director. In 1996, he became MD of Inchcape Motors (Australia) and in 1998 was additionally appointed Regional CEO and Director Asia Pacific/Australasia. From 2001 to 2005 Martin was the CEO of Ford Motor Company's Sydney Retail Joint Venture. Martin joined Eagers Automotive in July 2005 and was CEO from 2006 to 2021. Martin remains as an Advisor to the Board and CEO. Martin is also a Director of Australian Automotive Dealer Association Limited. He is member of the Risk Committee.
