Ms Baker has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, across banking, trustee and custodial services, financial planning, insurance and funds management. Marnie has been with the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group since 1989, and an Executive of the Bank since 2000. Her most recent positions include Chief Customer Officer which had responsibility for all the customer facing and direct customer support businesses across the Group, Executive Corporate Resources with responsibility for human resources, information technology, legal, assurance, property & security, procurement, and corporate services, as well as previous positions of Chief Information Officer, Group Treasurer and Chief Executive Officer Sandhurst Trustees. Marnie brings to the Board understanding and connection to regional Australia as well as an array of skills, knowledge and experience from over 35 years in financial services, two thirds of which has been in Executive positions.
