Mr Waller has experience ranging from financial management, ASX listings, M&A and capital raisings. His core skill is in strategy, setting and driving businesses towards achieving that strategy and has financial and analytical skills. After a period of working at Ernst & Young, in 2005, Mr Waller joined Empired Ltd as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary until 2016. In addition, from 2006 to 2010, Mr Waller was a director of public unlisted company, BigRedSky Limited. He is a Founder of Forrest Private Wealth, a growing wealth management business. Mr Waller is also a Founder and the Managing Director of One Click Group Limited (ASX:1CG) which provides the One Click Life fintech platform to more than 250,000 users across Australia.
