Mark Summerhayes

Mr Summerhayes is a Managing Director at Pemba Capital Partners. Mr Summerhayes has over 30 years of private equity, principal investing and middle market advisory experience. Prior to joining Pemba, Mr Summerhayes was one of the Managing Directors of Smedvig Capital and one of the senior executives. Before Smedvig capital, Mr Summerhayes co-founded SB Capital Partners, a private equity partnership, backed by Bain Capital where he spent several years advising corporates on a mix of strategy, M&A and operational improvements Mr Summerhayes is also a Director of Arteva, ADDA, Ausreo, InteriorCo, Oncall, Oolio and RxPx.
