Mark Simonds

Mr Simonds for over 40 years, Mark has been immersed in the volume home building industry. He holds a registered builder's license in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. From 1973 until its listing, Mark worked alongside his father Gary Simonds and understands what is required for a volume building business. Mark is the Deputy Chairman of Simonds Consolidated, primarily focused on venture capital and private equity building and construction, real estate, and vocational education. and a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee
