Mr Sawyer has 28 years of experience in the natural resources sector and co-founded Greenstone Resources, a private equity fund specializing in international mining and metals sector. Formerly, Mark was General Manager and co-head of Group Business Development at Xstrata plc responsible for originating, evaluating and negotiating new business development opportunities. Mark also held senior roles at Cutfield Freeman & Co, a boutique corporate advisory firm in the mining industry, and at Rio Tinto plc. He is Member of Risk Committee, Environment Sustainability & Governance Committee.
