Ms Kennedy is an experienced non-executive director currently holding non-executive director roles on the boards of Hobart International Airport Limited, Challenger Retirement and Investment Services Limited and AMOG Holdings Pty Ltd. Ms Kennedy was previously a director of Senex Energy Limited from April 2021 until its delisting in April 2022, and has over 30 years of experience holding various executive roles for Shell Australia, Viva Energy Australia and Viva Energy REIT, where she led the public listing and was the inaugural CEO. She is a non-executive director of Loreto Ministries Limited, including its wholly owned subsidiary Property LM Limited. Loreto Ministries is a not-for-profit public company responsible for the governance of several schools in Australia. Ms Kennedy is also a non-executive director of Women's Property Initiatives, which is a Victorian based not-for-profit developing, owning and providing long-term stable housing to women and children in need. She is currently Chairman of the People and Culture Committee and a member of its Risk Management Committees.
