Mr Derwin is an experienced corporate executive, company adviser and Board director with a background in governance, enterprise risk management and stakeholder engagement across global roles. His career includes senior positions with PwC, National Australia Bank, AMP and KPMG, prior to founding a corporate advisory firm. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of New South Wales. He is a Member of the Risk Management Committee and the People and Culture Committee.
