Mr Matos has over 25 years of experience in the mining sector in several operations, projects, business development, marketing and sales, strategy and planning roles in Australia, China, Singapore, Brazil and spent many years involved with developments in Mozambique. He is member of Health and Safety Committee and Disclosure Committee.
