Lynne Saint

Ms Saint has financial and commercial experience from a global career, including nearly 20 years with Bechtel Group where she served as Chief Audit Executive and Chief Financial Officer of the Mining and Metals Global Business Unit. Her expertise encompasses financial skills, corporate governance, enterprise risk, supply chain risk and project management. She is Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee, and Member of the People Committee, and Safety and Sustainability Committee.
