Ms Vujcic is a non-executive director and has expertise in governance, complex commercial disputes and regulatory risk. She currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of BluGlass Limited (ASX: BLG) and previously held the same role at Amaero International Limited (ASX: 3DA). She has particular experience overseeing financial reporting, risk governance and regulatory compliance in ASX-listed companies operating in advanced technology and international markets. Ms Robb Vujcic is also a practising barrister at 11 St James Hall in Sydney, Australia, where she is in commercial disputes, government procurement and contractual risk. Earlier in her career she practised in international litigation and arbitration at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York.
