Ms Higgins is Executive General Manager, Technology Strategy and Execution at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She has more than 25 years executive leadership experience across banking, media and technology, having held senior roles at the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Nova Entertainment, Macquarie Bank and the British Broadcasting Corporation.
