Lisa Gay

Ms Gay is a has financial services experience in funds management, investment banking, and stockbroking. She was formerly Chair of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission's Markets Disciplinary Panel and Deputy Chair of the Indigenous Land Corporation. From 1990-2010 Lisa was general counsel and managing director of Goldman Sachs Group Australia. Her directorships include-Deputy Chair of Victoria Funds Management Corporation, Non-executive Director of Koda Capital. She is Member of the Council of Trustees of the National Gallery of Victoria. She is a Chair of the People and Culture Committee.
